1. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
On our home page there is a button in the top right corner to create a new account, or to sign in if you have an existing account already. You will also be given the option to create an account during the checkout process.
2. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
Due to the size of our online catalog, we must special order most parts for our customers. For this reason, once you place your order, the payment method you entered will be charged the full amount of your order.
3. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED IF I ORDER A BACKORDERED PART?
All orders through our website will charge the entered payment method immediately upon placing the order, no matter the availability of the items in your order.
4. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We utilize both USPS and UPS for our shipping services. Currently we only offer ground shipping.
5. HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most customers will receive their order within 7-10 business days. We currently use USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground services.
6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we only ship within the United States, check back with us later for international shipping possibilities.
7. DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM INTERNATIONAL BANK ACCOUNTS OR BANK CARDS?
No, we only accept payment from major credit and debit card companies within the United States, as well as PayPal.
8. DO YOU ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR CHECKS?
No, we only accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
9. WHY DOES IT TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
To supply our customers with such a large variety of parts and accessories, we must special order from the manufacturer. The 3-5 business days accounts for the shipping time from the manufacturer to our parts warehouse.

11. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Returns are usually processed within 7-10 days after we receive the package. Refunds will be processed through the original order payment method and should appear in your account 3-5 days after your return has been accepted by our specialists.
12. WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER BUT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS?
Unfortunately, we must adhere to our 30-day return period. The return policies are set by the manufacturer, and we must comply with their return timeframe.
13. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to add any additional items. We ask that you place another order.
14. IF I BUY A BATTERY WILL IT COME WITH ELECTROLYTES?
Due to shipping regulations, most of the batteries we sell are shipped dry (without liquids).
